基于城市可持续发展的内涵和要求,以问卷调查等形式运用因子分析等方法定量研究城市可持续发展的主体——市民对城市可持续发展要素的重要程度和感知差异,以期理顺城市规划内在体系,构建正确而又合理的城市规划导向系统。通过研究得到与城市可持续发展紧密相关的7个因素:城市经济、城市环境、城市生活质量、城市制度秩序、城市教育与医疗、城市交通和城市资源,其中感知的重要性主要集中在城市环境、城市资源、制度秩序、教育医疗4方面。市民在城市经济问题、城市生活质量、制度秩序和教育医疗的感知上存在不同程度的差异,在城市环境、城市资源、城市交通上的感知差异不明显,在城市环境上的认知较为一致。最突出的差别还反映在规划者和非规划者在对可持续城市发展因子的理解和认识上。
Based on the connotation and requirements of urban sustainable development, this paper uses factor analysis and other methods to quantitatively study the main body of urban sustainable development in the form of questionnaire survey - citizen’s importance and perceived difference of urban sustainable development elements, in order to rationalize the inner city planning System, build a correct and reasonable urban planning guidance system. Through research, we get seven factors that are closely related to the sustainable development of the city: urban economy, urban environment, urban life quality, urban institutional order, urban education and medical treatment, urban transportation and urban resources. The importance of perception is mainly in the urban environment , Urban resources, institutional order, education and medical 4 aspects. Citizens have different degrees of differences in their perceptions of urban economy, urban life quality, institutional order and education and healthcare. Their perceptions are not obvious in urban environment, urban resources and urban transport, and their cognition in urban environment is more consistent. The most prominent differences are also reflected in the understanding and awareness of planners and non-planners about sustainable urban development factors.
