宣化区通过强化“六项措施”力推工资集体协商工作。今年以来,全区共有308家(任务数300家)企业签订工资集体协商合同,工资集体协商建制率达到100%,工资集体合同履约率达到100%,企业职工工资有了较大幅度增长。六项措施是:一是强化组织领导。宣化区结合实际,成立了区委常委、组织部长任组长,区政府主管副区长、区总工会主席任副组长的工资集体协商“百日行动”工作领导小组。宣化区总工会牵头,区人力资源和社会保障局、工商联等部门密切配合,形成了区委统领、政府主导、工会运作、各方配合
