我单位离退休职工已经占在职职工的百分之五十以上,加强离退休职工管理,保持离退休职工队伍的团结和稳定,事关改革开放环境和经济发展大局。做好离退休职工管理工作,所涉及理论研究领域比较宽泛,是一个复杂的系统工程。关心离退休职工的心理健康,提高他们的生活质量,是做好离退休工作的一个重要内容,也是离退休工作者义不容辞的责任。本文试就关注离退休职工的心理健康问题进行一些粗浅的论述。
The retired staff and workers of our unit have already accounted for more than 50% of the total number of staff and workers who are retired, strengthening the management of retired staff and maintaining the unity and stability of retired staff and workers, which is related to the environment for reform and opening up and the overall economic development. Well retired staff management, involving a wide range of theoretical research, is a complex system engineering. Care for the mental health of retired workers and to improve their quality of life are an important part of doing well in retirement work and also an unshirkable responsibility for retired workers. This article tries to pay attention to the mental health of retired workers for some superficial discussion.
