以硒化葡糖２４％的剂量（Ｓｅ２６７μｇ／ｋｇ·ｄ－１）给荷艾氏腹水瘤的小鼠灌胃后，该组小鼠的平均存活天数比给相应剂量的非硒化葡聚糖组显著增加（Ｐ＜０．０１），生命延长率为３１．１％。将含有微量元素硒的茶多酚与不含硒的茶多酚比较，结果显示含硒茶多酚的抑瘤作用更明显。对照组的平均瘤重为２．０２ｇ，茶多酚组为１．０５ｇ，与对照组比较，差异有显著性意义（Ｐ＜０．０５），抑瘤率为４８％。含硒茶多酚组的平均瘤重仅为０．８９ｇ，与对照组比较，差别有非常显著性意义（Ｐ＜０．０１），抑瘤率为５６％。实验结果提示，将对肿瘤有预防和抑制作用的微量元素硒和某些有机化合物结合起来防治肿瘤，无论是从降低硒的毒性还是从提高抑癌作用来看，都是十分有意义的。
After mice were orally administered with 24% Selenium Glucose (Se267 μg / kg · d-1), the mean survival time of mice in this group was higher than that of the corresponding non-seleno-dextran Group was significantly increased (P <0.01), the life extension rate was 31.1%. The results showed that the antitumor effect of selenium-containing tea polyphenols was more obvious than that of tea polyphenols containing selenium. The average tumor weight of the control group was 2.02g, while that of the tea polyphenols group was 1.05g. Compared with the control group, the difference was significant (P <0.05), and the tumor inhibition rate was 48%. The average tumor weight of the selenium-containing tea polyphenols group was only 0.89g, which was significantly different from the control group (P <0.01). The tumor inhibition rate was 56%. The experimental results suggest that the prevention and treatment of cancer with trace elements selenium and some organic compounds combined to prevent and treat the tumor, whether it is from reducing the toxicity of selenium or from the view of improving the role of tumor suppressor, are very significant.
