以硒化葡糖24%的剂量(Se267μg/kg·d-1)给荷艾氏腹水瘤的小鼠灌胃后,该组小鼠的平均存活天数比给相应剂量的非硒化葡聚糖组显著增加(P<0.01),生命延长率为31.1%。将含有微量元素硒的茶多酚与不含硒的茶多酚比较,结果显示含硒茶多酚的抑瘤作用更明显。对照组的平均瘤重为2.02g,茶多酚组为1.05g,与对照组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),抑瘤率为48%。含硒茶多酚组的平均瘤重仅为0.89g,与对照组比较,差别有非常显著性意义(P<0.01),抑瘤率为56%。实验结果提示,将对肿瘤有预防和抑制作用的微量元素硒和某些有机化合物结合起来防治肿瘤,无论是从降低硒的毒性还是从提高抑癌作用来看,都是十分有意义的。

The experimental results suggest that the prevention and treatment of cancer with trace elements selenium and some organic compounds combined to prevent and treat the tumor, whether it is from reducing the toxicity of selenium or from the view of improving the role of tumor suppressor, are very significant.
