现时,全国有不少打工者密集的城市,而所有的打工者无一例外都会置身于同用人单位建立的劳动关系中。因此,了解、学习并运用劳动法律法规来正确处理与用人单位的劳动关系,切实维护自身合法权益,成为摆在每一位打工者面前的一门必修课。在现实生活中,侵犯打工者合法权益的事件屡屡发生,但由于现行的劳动制度还不尽完善,加之打工者的法律知识及法治意识所限,使得受侵害者的合法权益难以得到充分的保障。基于从读者出发,为打工者服务考虑,本刊将通过典型案例的形式向读者宣传、介绍劳动法规,以增强读者的自我保护意识。 At present, there are quite a number of cities with a large number of migrant workers in the country. All migrant workers, without exception, are exposed to the labor relations established with employers.
