随着我国城市建设的不断进步与发展,我国的人口、用地不断聚集,为了有效适应这一种变化趋势,城市综合体应运而生。城市综合体的出现,为城市居民的生活提供了极大的方便,便于商业、办公、居住、餐饮等行业的业务的有效开展。在城市的发展过程中,城市的核心位置以其便利的交通运输、得天独厚的地理位置以及较为庞大和集中的人流等,使其成为城市综合体建立的首选选址区域。但是,由于城市的中心区域的过度集中,城市中心的问题和矛盾日益突出和显著,这就使得城市综合体的选址不再局限于城市的中心领域,非中心地带的城市综合体逐步成为大势所趋,对这些非中心区域的重视,进一步满足了城市的发展需要以及人民日益增长的经济需求。
