目的:考察不同温度条件下甘氨双唑钠在5%葡萄糖(GS),10%葡萄糖,0.9%氯化钠(NS),葡萄糖氯化钠(GNS),复方氯化钠(CNS)5种输液中配伍稳定性。方法:将甘氨双唑钠加入到上述5种不同输液中,模拟临床用药浓度,放置在不同温度下(25℃,37℃),用紫外分光光度法测定配伍后不同时间混合液的吸光度,同时测定混合液的pH,观察外观。结果:甘氨双唑钠与5种输液配伍后,在25和37℃条件下放置4h,含量、pH、外观均无明显变化。结论:甘氨双唑钠可与上述5种输液配伍使用。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of glycopyrrolate sodium on the proliferation of 5 kinds of glucose (GS), 10% glucose, 0.9% sodium chloride (NS), glucose and sodium chloride (GNS) and compound sodium chloride Compatibility stability in infusion. Results: After mixing with 5 kinds of infusion solutions, sodium glycididazole was kept at 25 and 37 ℃ for 4 hours, and the content, pH and appearance were not changed obviously. Conclusion: Glycidodiazole sodium can be used in combination with the above five kinds of infusion.
