人被带狂犬病毒的犬咬伤后,极易感染引发狂犬病,且狂犬病的病死率高达百分之百。目前,最有效的防治措施就是注射狂犬疫苗。然而,我国现在采用的国产地鼠肾细胞培养的狂犬疫苗在使用过程中屡有免疫失败的报道,为研究影响血清免疫抗体产生的有关因素,探讨更有效的狂犬病预防措施,我们将319名因犬咬伤接种狂犬疫苗者进行了血清免疫抗体水平的监测,并予以分析。1 方法与标准1.1 方法 对接种疫苗者在15~180天内采取静脉血2ml分离血清,采用ELISA酶联免疫吸附测定法,用兰州生物制品研究
