教学设计的根本目的是创设一个有效的教学系统。这样一个教学系统绝不可能是漫不经心地随意出现的。没有有效的教学设计,就不可能保证持续的教学效果和质量,因此,教学设计是课堂教学成败的关键。当今课堂,强调“生成”。我个人认为,生成性课堂教学也是依照新课程理念,强调过程即目的,强调目标的三维整合,强调以学生发展为终极目标的自然达成,从而使教师的智慧和学生的创新人格趋向充分表现的极致,最终着力于学生生命的整体生成。既然如此,课堂教学还是需要进行教学设计的。下面根据多年的教学经验谈谈我对课堂教学设计的认知。
