在新课程理念引领下,语文教学改变了一些行走方式,但以教师权威意识主宰的师本课堂并未得到根本改观。语文教学改革,依然任重而道远。在不断探究中,摸索着改革之路:从实行量化指标到汲取生本理念,最终,聚焦人本思想,致力于创生人本课堂。人本课堂,应关注教师和学生这对教学关系的双方,找准角色定位:教师为主导,应当“精教”;学生为学习主体,应当“多学”。
Under the guidance of the new curriculum concept, Chinese teaching has changed some walking styles, but the teachers ’classroom dominated by teachers’ authoritative awareness has not been fundamentally changed. Chinese teaching reform is still a long way to go. In continuous exploration, groping for the road to reform: from the implementation of quantitative indicators to learn the concept of students, and ultimately, focusing on people-oriented thinking, committed to creating students in the classroom. In this class, we should pay close attention to the relationship between teachers and students, and identify the orientation of roles: teachers should be the leader of the teaching and students should learn more than others.
