目的了解2007—2010年随州市农村居民艾滋病防治知识的认知水平、行为、相关态度和需求,以及在4年里发生的变化,为防治艾滋病的干预措施和干预效果评价提供相关信息和依据。方法对随州市农村居民进行自填表式问卷调查,所有资料均经EpiData 3.02进行录入后用SPSS 16.0进行统计分析。结果随州市农村居民对艾滋病的3个传播途径和经蚊虫叮咬等非传播途径的知晓率到2010年基本上均提高到90%左右;对艾滋病预防知识的知晓率亦有所提高,其中对使用安全套是否有保护作用的知晓率从52.23%提高到92.64%,对忠于性伴侣可以降低艾滋病传播风险的知晓率从76.89%提高到91.47%;对艾滋病病毒感染者在外表上与正常人群无区别的知晓率从45.24%提高到80.62%;2010年有78.10%的居民愿意与感染了HIV的熟人继续交往;农村居民获取艾滋病防治知识的主要途径是宣传资料、电视和报刊书籍。结论随州市农村居民艾滋病防治知识的宣传教育工作有一定的成效,提高农村居民的防治知识和保护意识,对农村居民的艾滋病防治有重要意义。
Objective To understand the cognition, behavior, attitudes and needs of AIDS prevention and control among rural residents in Suizhou from 2007 to 2010 and the changes in the past four years, and to provide relevant information and evidences for the prevention and control of AIDS and evaluation of the effect of interventions. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on rural residents in Suizhou. All the data were entered into EpiData 3.02 and analyzed by SPSS 16.0. Results The awareness rates of three transmission routes and non-transmission routes of mosquito bites by rural residents in Suizhou basically increased to about 90% by 2010; awareness of HIV / AIDS prevention knowledge also increased, among which, The awareness rate of whether condoms have a protective effect increased from 52.23% to 92.64%, and the awareness rate of faithful sexual partners in reducing the risk of AIDS transmission increased from 76.89% to 91.47%; the HIV-infected persons were no different in appearance from the normal people The awareness rate increased from 45.24% to 80.62%. In 2010, 78.10% of residents are willing to continue to interact with acquaintances infected with HIV. The main ways for rural residents to acquire HIV / AIDS prevention and control information are publicity materials, television and newspapers and periodicals. Conclusion Suizhou AIDS prevention and treatment knowledge of rural residents have some effect of propaganda and education work to improve awareness of prevention and treatment of rural residents and protection awareness of rural residents of AIDS prevention and control is of great significance.
