B→O血型改造在平战时紧急条件下的输血方面具有重大意义。解放军军事医学科学院章扬培教授课题组利用基因工程,成功实现了B型血向O型血的转变,从而使国内的血型改造研究获得重大突破。为实现B→O血型改造过程的标准化、自动化,研制了一套B→O血型改造装置,实现了B→O血型改造工艺的自动化,将单次血型改造时间缩短到了手工操作的1/4,并且实现了工艺流程的标准化和密闭性,在使用一次性无菌管路耗材的情况下,从外部条件上满足了B→O血型改造结果用于临床的要求,为B→O血型改造在临床上的广泛推广奠定了基础。文章重点介绍了B→O血型改造装置控制系统的研制情况,包括软件及硬件系统的设计。该控制系统为 B→O血型改造过程提供了一种安全、高效的途径。
