目的探讨金匮肾气丸与微营养素合用对衰老小鼠雄激素水平及抗氧化作用的影响。方法用D-半乳糖制造衰老模型小鼠,给予金匮肾气丸和微营养素,观察血中睾酮、组织中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平。结果金匮肾气丸低、高剂量组及微营养素联合组血清睾酮水平分别为(1.826±0.069),(1.842±0.082),(1.883±1.080)和(2.005±0.120)ng/mL;明显高于模型对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);与模型对照组比较,血液和心、肝、脑、肺组织中GSH-Px和SOD水平亦有明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论金匮肾气丸具有明显升高血睾酮、血和组织GSH-Px和SOD水平作用,与微营养素合用效果更佳。
Objective To investigate the effect of Jingui Shenqi Pill combined with micronutrients on the level of androgens and antioxidation in senile mice. Methods Senescent model mice were made with D-galactose, and Jingui Shenqi Pill and micronutrients were administered to the mice. The level of serum testosterone, glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) . Results The levels of serum testosterone in Jinkuishenqiwan group were (1.826 ± 0.069), (1.842 ± 0.082), (1.883 ± 1.080) and (2.005 ± 0.120) ng / mL, respectively, (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Compared with the model control group, the levels of GSH-Px and SOD in blood, heart, liver, brain and lung tissues also increased significantly (P <0.05 or P <0.01) <0.05). Conclusion Jinkuishenqi Pill has markedly elevated serum testosterone, blood and tissue levels of GSH-Px and SOD, combined with micro-nutrients better.
