我厂为镇海生产的廿万千瓦汽轮机,根据用户要求,机组主要指标需要接近国际先进水平的优质产品。长期生产实践证明,提供优质铸钢件是获得优质机组的关键。如气缸、蒸汽室、喷嘴室、隔板等机组是通流部分的关键铸钢件,需要承受高温(535℃)、高压(130大气压)气流冲刷,铸件不但要有良好的内在质量和准确的尺寸精度,而且要有光洁的铸造表面。以往我厂使用石英粉涂料和石灰涂料生产十万千瓦机组的同类铸钢件,实践证明,铸件夹砂、粘砂、气孔等缺陷较多,内腔铸造表面质量长期得不到改进,难以获得优质铸钢件。
