[目的]了解体力劳动工人焦虑水平,探讨影响其焦虑水平的基本因素。[方法]应用贝克焦虑量表(Beck Anxiety Inventory),对某大型家具生产企业7个不同工种的785名体力劳动者进行现况调查,采用秩和检验比较焦虑水平在不同背景因素间的差异性。[结果]经过统计学推断,体力劳动者的性别、婚姻状况与工龄是影响其焦虑水平的基本因素,而不同年龄组、不同教育程度各组体力劳动工人焦虑水平之间差异没有统计学意义。[结论]重视女员工,有针对性地对体力劳动者给予心理安抚与家庭照顾;设法提高员工的职业承诺,留住熟练工和老员工,有利于降低工人整体焦虑水平。 [Objective] To understand the anxiety level of manual workers and explore the basic factors that affect the anxiety level. [Methods] The Beck Anxiety Inventory was used to investigate the current status of 785 laborers in 7 different types of work in a large furniture manufacturing enterprise. The rank-sum test was used to compare the differences in anxiety levels among different background factors . [Results] After statistical inference, the gender, marital status and seniority of manual workers were the basic factors affecting their anxiety levels. However, there was no significant difference in the anxiety levels of manual workers between different age groups and different education levels. [Conclusion] Paying attention to female employees, giving psychological comfort and family care to manual workers in a targeted manner. Trying to improve employees ’occupational commitment and keeping skilled workers and old employees are helpful to reduce workers’ overall anxiety level.
