“班集体建设操作系统”提出与研究的缘起是对班主任专业化的讨论。中国教育学会德育专业委员会主任、南京师范大学博士生导师班华教授认为班主任工作有两大专业属性:一是做学生的精神关怀者;二是班主任实施教育具有特殊的操作系统,即“发展性班级教育系统”。2007年11月19日至22日,由班主任杂志社、昆明市教育局等单位共同举办的第十六届全国班集体建设理论研讨会在昆明召开,会议围绕班级建设中的“班集体建设操作系统”进行了热烈讨论。当然,问题的研究才刚刚起步,有些概念和提法还有待进一步梳理和厘清,但是这项研究的思路和指向是值得关注和重视的。本刊特编发几篇文章,以飨读者。
