采用两种不同的VA菌根真菌G.mosseae和G.versiforme,在施盐量分别为0,1.0,1.5和2.0g/kg土的盆栽条件下,研究VA菌根真菌对玉米生长发育、根系活力的影响及机理。结果表明,接种G.mosseae能显著促进植株生长,对根系活力的促进作用达到极显著水平,接种G.versiforme促进生长作用不显著,仅在低盐浓度条件下对根系促进显著。说明玉米在盐分胁迫条件下,通过VA菌根真菌增强根系活力,从而提高玉米的耐盐能力,G.mosseae对玉米效应最佳。
