在分析湿法冶金用铅阳极全生命周期各环节环境负荷的基础上,探讨了其环境负荷改善的途径,提出不溶性铅合金阳极的环境材料化设计原则,并用修正后的等效环境指数模型,对最新研制开发的新型低银Pb-Ca(0.1%)合金阳极同传统Pb-Ag(1%)合金阳板进行LCA评价,其相对环境负荷值分别为0.50和1。经大量工业应用证明,新型低银Pb-Ca(0.1%)合金阳极具有优异的综合使用性能和低环境负荷,是一种较好的环境协调型产品。
On the basis of analyzing the environmental load of every link of the lead anode for hydrometallurgy, the way of improving the environmental load was discussed. The principle of environmental materialization of the insoluble lead alloy anode was put forward. With the modified equivalent environmental index model, The LCA of the newly developed low silver Pb-Ca (0.1%) alloy anode and the conventional Pb-Ag (1%) alloy anode plate were evaluated. The relative environmental load values were 0.50 and 1 respectively. After a large number of industrial applications show that the new low-silver Pb-Ca (0.1%) alloy anode has excellent comprehensive performance and low environmental load, is a good environment-friendly products.
