钠喷射的粒径分布是进行钠雾火试验研究和钠火相关安全分析软件设计的关键基础数据。本试验设计了一条可以实现钠的净化、钠中杂质在线测量的钠回路进行钠喷射试验研究。利用激光粒度测量仪测量在250℃、0.15 MPa压力下型号为B1/8GG-316SS1514的喷头的粒径分布,结果如图1所示。结果表明此条件下钠喷射的粒径分布在5~1 000μm范围内,其中位粒径约为545μm。
The particle size distribution of sodium jet is the key basic data for the sodium fog test and sodium fire safety analysis software design. In this experiment, we designed a sodium injection test that can realize sodium purification and on-line measurement of impurities in sodium. The particle size distribution of the nozzle with model B1 / 8GG-316SS1514 at 250 ℃ and 0.15 MPa was measured by laser particle size analyzer. The results are shown in Fig.1. The results show that under this condition, the particle size distribution of sodium jet is in the range of 5 ~ 1 000 μm, and the median particle size is about 545 μm.
