12月间,北京的天气晴朗、寒冷、干燥。虽然冬日的太阳已经慢慢升起,照得街道和大楼一片红彤彤,但清晨的小风依然凛冽刺骨,吹得早晨上班的人们紧裹冬装,行色匆匆。孙秀英和往常一样,一大早就来到了位于西单商业区的金融街邮电局。虽然离开门营业的时间还很早,但孙秀英已经开始了新的一天的工作。作为这一支局的局长,孙秀英已经在这一岗位上工作了4年多。在这4年多中,孙秀英带领着这个140多人的基层城市支局,走出了一条独特的发展道路。
