江苏省的“3+2”高考方案自出台以来,慢慢进入这样的怪圈,非常重视语数外,轻2门选课.不仅在思想上不够重视,在课时的安排上也是如此,一天中最好的课给语数外,上午第一节或下午第一节的课给选修老师上.所以对选修老师来说,在目前的形势下,教师应该从如何培养学生的自主学习能力方面寻找突破口,这对学生是终身受益的.而培养学生自主学习能力的前提,教师首要的任务是编制好每节课导学案,然后以此为载体,提高生物教学的有效性.
