在机械加工行业中,由机床、夹具、工件和刀具所组成的一个完整的系统称为工艺系统。加工过程中,工件与刀具的相对位置就决定了零件加工的尺寸、形状和位置。因此,加工精度的问题也就涉及整个工艺系统的精度问题。工艺系统的种种误差,在加工过程中会在不同的情况下,以不同的方式和程度反映为加工误差。根据工艺系统误差的性质可将其归纳为工艺系统的几何误差、工艺系统受力变形引起的误差工艺系统受热变形引起的误差及工件内应力所引起的误差。
