武夷山茶史争论不休,牵涉有关茶史关键性的问题。最近甚至有人要动摇四十多年的制茶学教材。幸得广东农业科学院茶叶研究所1984年第四期发表陈椽、杨晓华所写的《武夷茶三起三落·武夷茶史考》的历史论文,这篇论文根据历史资料,把武夷茶与武夷岩茶分得一清二楚,前系后,后挂前,古今相连,外学中,中通外,中外一致,是有价值的历史性文献。武夷茶创始于六朝,逐渐发展,随时代推移,向前迈进。元朝创造蒸青团块贡茶,明朝发明小种红茶,消朝创制武夷岩茶,三朝三起三落,相互衔接,一朝超过一朝,依历史
