目的:观察中西医结合治疗脑卒中并发呃逆的疗效。方法:治疗组25例在西医基础治疗的同时加用中风醒脑口服液鼻饲或口服,以及针刺攒眉穴。对照组25例在西医基础治疗的同时用氯丙嗪肌注。记录治疗前及治疗1天、3天、5天、7天呃逆症状评分。结果:总有效率治疗组92%、对照组56%,两组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。两组治疗1天时呃逆症状评分比较无统计学意义,治疗3天后治疗组呃逆症状评分明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合治疗脑卒中呃逆疗效更好。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine on stroke complicated with hiccup. Methods: 25 cases in the treatment group were treated with nasal feeding or oral administration of stroke Xingnao Oral Liquid at the same time as the Western medicine treatment, and acupuncture at Shuamen Point. 25 cases in the control group were treated with chlorpromazine intramuscularly at the same time as Western medicine. Record before treatment and treatment 1 day, 3 days, 5 days, 7 days hiccups symptom score. Results: The total effective rate was 92% in the treatment group and 56% in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). The scores of hiccups in two groups were not statistically significant at 1 day of treatment, and the scores of hiccups in the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group after 3 days of treatment (P <0.01). Conclusion: Integrative Chinese medicine treatment of stroke hiccups better.
