借助于高速摄影技术，分析了横向卷曲Ｃ形屑的形成与折断过程。提出了一种新的切屑折断数学模型，给出了折断判据，并进行了试验研究与验证。 With the help of high-speed photography technology, the formation and breaking process of C-crumbs in transverse curl were analyzed. A new mathematical model of chip breakage is proposed. The breaking criterion is given and the experimental research and verification are carried out.
