目前用于脉象研究的换能器种类很多,工作原理和性能指标也各不相同。本文介绍的HMX-3C型脉象换能器是刚体触头,利用等截面弹簧片悬臂梁作为传感元件,半导体应变片作为应变-电压转换元件的脉象换能器。换能器主体采用表式结构,使用时不仅放置固定方便,还可以大大减低由于受试者体位和手臂扰动而引起的干扰信号,能够长时间稳定地检测脉搏波形。为使换能器的性能及操作方法尽可能符合中医切脉的传统习惯,采用了两个用细纹螺杆调节的精细拖扳装置,使换能器触头的定位位置可任意调正,浮中沉取法压力连续可调,并能用克力或毫米汞柱为单位标定。由于一般脉象换能器临床应用时重复性差,对放置位置精度要求过
