创建于1954年的太原工业学院,本着“隆重简朴、规模适度、办出特色、注重实效”的原则,举办一场以“聚首甲子,传承历史,再创辉煌”为主题的校庆活动。为庆祝太原工业学院建校六十周年,本课题围绕“校庆”这一主题展开设计与构思,通过对太原工业学院六十年积淀的独特历史韵味和特色文化内涵与校庆纪念品合理的结合,最终将赋予太原工业学院独特历史文化意义的纪念品呈现在大家面前。课题设计中主要的展现形式是一套茶具,主要使用的材质是紫砂,紫砂作为有限的不可再生资源,具有很强的纪念意义。设计的元素也是从学校的特色建筑中提取而来,灵感来自于学校的图书馆和行政楼的特殊造型,非常具有太原工业学院的特色和代表性。
