On April 6, Haier CSC (1169.HK) released a notice that Haier CSC proposed to Haier Holding Co., Ltd. and Haier Investment Development Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Haier Group) that Haier Group made its capital injection into the British Virgin Islands in December last year, “Haier Investment”) acquired its washing machine business, which includes 93.44% of Qingdao Haier, 60% of Shunde Haier and 100% of Hefei Haier.
