重组上市后,区域存续公司面临的竞争和生存压力随着不断变化的市场和自身发展的需要日益加重。如何适应这一紧迫的形势,如何在竞争激烈的市场中站稳脚跟,找准区域公司在市场中的定位,培育具有鲜明特色、具备竞争力的核心业务是根本,是“轴心”。然细究区域存续公司的实际情况,种种困扰着区域公司经营工作的问题凸显出来,如松散的组织机构、低层次的专业化水平、落后的经营观念和缺乏活力的激励机制等。本文拟从区域公司当前经营工作遇到的实际问题入手,探其成因,究其对策。
After the reorganization of the market, the competition and survival pressures facing the surviving companies in the region are exacerbated by the ever-changing market and their own development needs. How to adapt to this urgent situation, how to gain a foothold in a highly competitive market, identify the positioning of regional companies in the market, and cultivate a core business with distinctive characteristics and competitiveness, is the “axis”. While studying the actual situation of the surviving companies in the region, the problems plaguing the regional companies such as loosely organized organizations, the low level of specialization, backward management concepts and the lack of vigorous incentive mechanisms are all highlighted. This article intends to start with the actual problems encountered by the regional companies in their current management, probing into the causes and investigating the countermeasures.
