目的 建立一种胶束电动毛细管色谱分离测定水飞蓟素及其制剂Legalon胶囊、益肝灵片中水飞蓟宾、异水飞蓟宾、水飞蓟亭、水飞蓟宁含量的方法。方法 选用缓冲液为 30mmol·L-1硼砂 - 5 0mmol·L-1去氧牛磺胆酸- 2 0mmol·L-1β 环糊精 ,pH为 9 2 ,运行电压 2 0kV ,压差进样 ,进样时间 3s,检测波长为 2 88nm ,温度为室温。内标为芦丁。结果 样品中各组分的平均回收率分别为水飞蓟亭 99 9% ,水飞蓟宁 98 3 % ,水飞蓟宾 99 0 % ,异水飞蓟宾 98 2 %。结论 此法准确、灵敏 ,且能分离水飞蓟宾、异水飞蓟宾的非对映异构体。
Objective To establish a method for the separation and determination of silymarin and its preparations,Legalon capsules, silybin, different silybin, silymarin pavilion and silymarin by micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography. Methods The buffer was 30mmol·L-1 borax-50%mmol·L-1deoxy taurocholic acid- 2 0mmol·L-1β cyclodextrin, pH was 92, the operating voltage was 20kV, differential pressure was injected. Injection time 3s, detection wavelength of 2 88nm, temperature is room temperature. The internal standard is rutin. Results The average recoveries of the components in the samples were 99.9% for Silysorba, 98.8% for silycin, 99.0% for silybin, and 98. 2% for isofloxacin. Conclusion This method is accurate, sensitive, and capable of separating the diastereomers of silybin and diflumate.
