我段使用ND_5型机车已一年多了,近年来连续发现牵引电动机悬挂装置框形钢支架出现裂纹。据统计,我段在1986年1月初到2月底详细检查了配属我段运用的33台ND_5型机车,发现14台机车的21个框形钢支架产生裂纹,而且均是第三和第六牵引电动机悬挂装置的上面一个支架裂。其中,发生在第三电机悬挂装置上的有11起,发生在第六电机悬挂装置上的有10起。据了解,其他机务段运用的ND_5型机车亦有类似情况。
