中职以及高职教育都是职业教育的形式,二者的层次和所处阶段不同,彼此独立却又有着不可分割的联系。在与职俱进理念的支持之下,要求在职业教育当中保障学生和职业的发展一同发展,这就需要避免中职和高职幼师职前教育之间断裂以及脱轨的问题,做好中高职学校幼师职前教育课程的协同衔接,最终建立起完善的职业终身教育体系,满足社会对专门型人才的需求。为了更好地推动中高职幼师职前教育以及课程的衔接,要注重从学生实际和职业教育的需求出发,全面贯彻落实与职俱进理念,有效推动职业教育的改革。
