档案信息资源是人类社会活动中积累起来的以档案信息为核心的各类档案信息的集合,是反映事物特征性、运动状态、方式及规律的,已经经过加工处理有序化并大量积累起来的有用信息的集合。档案信息资源概念从提出到现在的不断发展、完善,其最终目的是为了更好地理解档案信息可开发性,促进档案合理利用,实现档案价值。因此,必须采取各种措施,把埋藏在档案内容中各种有价值的信息输送出去,满足企业对档案信息的需求,这样才能把档案信息资源的开发利
