本文以‘红皮洋葱’和‘兰州韭菜’为试材,研究了洋葱和韭菜种子萌发的某些特性。试验结果表明,韭菜和洋葱种子吸水过程的吸胀阶段约60小时,其间种子吸水量急剧增加。韭菜种子的吸水量较洋葱种子为大。韭菜和洋葱种子浸泡液的电导率随种子浸泡时间的延长而增高,72小时的电导率分别约为6小时的4.30倍和5.28倍。种子内可溶性糖和蛋白质含量也发生变化,同时种子浸泡液中可溶性糖含量逐渐降低,而蛋白质含量则有增高的趋势。
In this paper, ’Red Onion’ and ’Lanzhou chives’ were used as materials to study the germination characteristics of onions and leeks. The results showed that the imbibition stage of leek and onion seeds was about 60 hours during the imbibition stage, and the water absorption of seeds increased sharply. Leek seeds water absorption than onion seeds. The conductivity of leek and onion seed soaking solution increased with the seed soak time, the conductivity of 72 hours was about 4.30 times and 5.28 times of 6 hours respectively. The contents of soluble sugar and protein in seed also changed. At the same time, the content of soluble sugar in seed soaking solution decreased gradually while the content of protein increased.
