在孔的珩磨装备中,为传递珩磨头转矩,通常采用万向接头,用以补偿工件孔与主轴的不同轴度,保证珩磨砂条随零件内孔表面自动调节。通常采用的球接头或柱销接头,结构复杂,径向尺寸大。珩磨直径较小的孔,不能采用。为此,前苏联某学院研制了一种带弹性接头,简化了结构,减小了径向尺寸。图1所示为带弹性接头的珩磨头。固接有金刚砂条的珩磨座2装入杆体1的槽中,座的斜面压在斜胀杆4的双楔面上,并用橡胶圈3箍住,防止它脱
