In the chronicles of the 19th century, Chopin (1810-1849) was called the “Piano Poet” and it was a proper title. He is one of the most original pianists in the romantic era and one of the great masters of performance art. He founded a new school of piano playing, enriching the performance of the piano with new artistic content and unprecedented expression. We know that Chopin’s artistic knowledge in his youth was extensive. During his stay in Warsaw and his stay in Paris, he had worked with many prominent contemporary artists such as musician Liszt, Berlioz, writer Hugo, Balzac, Heine and so on. No doubt, Chopin learned a lot from them. He respected and inherited the classical music tradition, but his piano style has a unique style.
