1982年10月,大庆油田采油六厂一矿新中转站的抽油机井开始投产。新中转站采用双管掺热水保温流程。中转站把大站来的水进加热炉里加热,经掺水泵打至计量间,再分配到各井,和井液掺合后返回。各井的掺水量是用阀门控制(计量间没装流量计)。投产后,发现以下几个问题:①一些产量低、距离近的井,回油温度和掺水温度相同;而一些产量高距离远的井,却经常因掺水过不去而堵塞管线;②各个计量间掺水压力不平衡,压力高的达0.5MPa,低的只有0.35MPa。掺水压力低的油井压力稍高一点就掺不进水,需
