轧钢机械是从钢坯到钢材的整个生产过程中使用的机械设备,在生产过程中,由于轧钢机械的生产压力大、生产率高,所以经常出现设备振动故障,振动故障不仅会造成产品质量的下降,还会加快设备零部件的磨损。本文结合自身的工作实践经验,对利用在线检测和诊断系统诊断振动故障,分析故障原因及判断标准的方法进行了论述,并对轧钢机械振动故障特征数据的采集和分析处理等进行了具体的探讨。
