目的 :了解慢性肾功不全女性患者及其性伴侣的性健康状况。方法 :对 15 0例 2 0 0 0年 3～ 8月在我院住院 ,确诊慢性肾功能不全的女性患者进行问卷式调查。结果 :慢性肾功能不全妇女的性欲在患病后明显下降 ,对性交频率及性生活的满意度下降 ,性交疼痛发生率增加 ,而他们的性伴侣对性交频率和性生活的满意度也下降。结论 :慢性肾功不全妇女及其性伴侣的性满意度在患病后明显下降
Objectives: To understand the sexual health of women with chronic renal failure and their sexual partners. Methods: Fifty cases of female patients admitted to our hospital from March to August in 2000 were enrolled in the questionnaire survey. Results: The sexual desire of women with chronic renal insufficiency decreased significantly after the illness, the frequency of sexual intercourse and sexual satisfaction decreased, the incidence of sexual intercourse pain increased, and their sexual partner’s satisfaction with sexual intercourse frequency and sexual life also decreased. Conclusion: Sexual satisfaction of women with chronic renal insufficiency and their sexual partners decreased significantly after their illness
