英语水平是衡量中职学生综合素质的重要标准。目前,中职学校英语教学的现状不容乐观,学生对英语学习缺乏兴趣,学习动机不明确,英语教学普遍存在实效性差、学生厌学、教师厌教等现象。文章就中职学校的生源特点、英语教学的现状及存在问题,结合笔者英语教学的体会,对提高中职学校英语教学实效性进行了探讨。
The English proficiency is an important criterion for measuring the overall quality of secondary vocational students. At present, the status quo of English teaching in vocational schools is not optimistic. Students lack interest in learning English, the motivation of learning is not clear, the effectiveness of English teaching is generally poor, students are tired of learning, and teachers are tired of teaching. This article discusses the characteristics of students in secondary vocational schools, the status quo of English teaching and its existing problems. Based on the author ’s experience in English teaching, this article discusses how to improve the effectiveness of English teaching in vocational schools.
