荷兰数学家弗赖塔教授指出:“反思是数学思维活动的核心和动力。”可见,反思对于学生的数学学习和思维发展是何等的重要。《数学课程标准》也多次强调,数学教育必须重视学生反思意识和能力的培养。反思,其实是学生强化自我意识、进行自我监控和实现自我发展的内在需要和必然过程,是对学生数学学习活动过程的再思考、再认识、再定位和再决策,对于学生的自主学习显然具有特殊的意义,对于学生的终身发展也必然产生深远的影响。反思,不仅是一种思维形式和过程,更是一种具有创造性和发展性的实践活动,
