在当今的社会,需要的是综合素质比较高的人才。因此,在我们的教学中也需要时刻注意到这一点。在职校的数控教学中,需要加强对学生的意识培养,让他们在学习的过程中以日后的就业为导向,以此为目标,建立自己的学习计划,在日后的学习中朝着这个目标不断地提高自己的水平。而教师在课堂中可以采取这种行为导向的教学方式,让学生的目标更加的明确,在学习的过程中更具有针对性。本文就“行为导向”的教学方法在职校的数控实训课程中的应用做出了一些探讨。
