为保障油气管道穿越小型河流区域的安全性,寻找抗冲刷性好、易施工、可靠的水工保护方法,以俄罗斯车里雅宾斯克至彼得罗夫斯克的天然气管道被冲刷为案例,通过分析小型河流及穿越小型河流管道的一些特点及防护弱点,进一步介绍了俄罗斯在穿越小型河流时油气管道防冲刷方面的一些经验,重点分析了常用的抛碎石法、网垫、地锚、石笼网、防护板等方法的优缺点,总结在小型河流地区管道防冲刷的要求,对比分析得出石笼网结构更具有优势,更符合小型河流地区防冲刷的要求。石笼网结构具有良好的可靠性、易施工、抗冲刷性好、不影响管道正常运行等优点,更好地满足了油气管道穿越小型河流地区的安全需要,为穿越小型河流管道的设计提供了依据。
In order to ensure the safety of oil and gas pipelines crossing the small river area and to find a method of hydraulic protection with good scour resistance, easy construction and reliable operation, a case of natural gas pipeline flushing from Chelyabinsk to Petrovsk in Russia was analyzed. The paper also introduces some experiences of Russia in anti-erosion of oil and gas pipelines when crossing small rivers, and analyzes emphatically the commonly used methods such as paving stone method, net mat, ground anchor, gabion The advantages and disadvantages of the methods such as mesh, fender and so on are summarized, and the requirement of anti-scouring in the small river area is summarized. The comparative analysis shows that the structure of gabion is more advantageous and more in line with the requirements of anti-scouring in small river areas. Gabion structure with good reliability, easy construction, good impact resistance, does not affect the normal operation of the pipeline and other advantages, to better meet the oil and gas pipelines through the small river safety requirements for the design of small river through the pipeline provided in accordance with.
