目的:建立测定七制香附丸中α-香附酮含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为InertsilODS-SP柱,流动相为甲醇-水(77:23),流速为1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为254nm,柱温为30℃,进样量为10μL。结果:α-香附酮进样量在0.03784~0.7568μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999);平均回收率为98.07%,RSD=1.19%。结论:该方法简便、准确、可控,可作为七制香附丸的质量控制方法。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of α-ketoconazole in Qishangxample. Methods: Using high performance liquid chromatography. The column was InertsilODS-SP. The mobile phase was methanol-water (77:23), the flow rate was 1.0mL · min-1, the detection wavelength was 254nm, the column temperature was 30 ℃ and the injection volume was 10μL. Results: The calibration curve of α-ketones showed good linearity (r = 0.9999) in the range of 0.03784 ~ 0.7568 μg with the average recovery of 98.07% and RSD = 1.19%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and controllable, and can be used as quality control method of Qixiangxian Pill.
