目的了解苏州市大型公共场所集中空调冷却水中军团菌的污染状况及其主要血清型。方法2008年10月,共采集苏州市区部分商场、酒店、超市卖场等集中式空调冷却水50份,用GVPC、BCYE、BCY培养基进行军团菌分离培养、生化鉴定及血清分型。结果冷却塔冷却水中军团菌的检出率达76%(38/50),血清型以LP1(31/38)为主。结论苏州市公共场所大型中央空调冷却水中军团菌检出率较高,对市民健康构成了威胁,需进一步加强监督管理。
Objective To understand the contamination and the main serotypes of Legionella in central air conditioning cooling water in large public places in Suzhou City. Methods In October 2008, a total of 50 central air-conditioning cooling water were collected from some shopping malls, hotels and supermarkets in Suzhou City. The isolation, culturing, biochemical identification and serotyping of Legionella by GVPC, BCYE and BCY medium were carried out. Results The detection rate of Legionella in cooling tower cooling water was 76% (38/50), and the serotypes were mainly LP1 (31/38). Conclusion The detection rate of Legionella in the cooling water of large central air-conditioners in public places in Suzhou City is relatively high, posing a threat to public health. It is necessary to further strengthen the supervision and administration.
