师资队伍是一个学校生存和发展的基石和核心,没有一支实力强劲的师资队伍的学校,不可能取得长足发展。工会院校由于起步晚,基础薄弱,普遍缺乏一支高素质、高水平的师资队伍,本文试图运用学习型组织理论为工会院校师资队伍建设探索新方法、新途径。
Faculty members are the cornerstone and core of a school’s existence and development. Without a strong faculty, it is impossible to make great strides. Due to the late start and the weak foundation, trade unions generally lack a highly qualified and highly qualified faculty. This paper attempts to use the learning-oriented organization theory to explore new ways and means for building faculty in trade unions.
