Electroless nickel-phosphorus alloy layer is an amorphous alloy, which has excellent corrosion resistance. Heat treatment at 300 ° C to increase its hardness leads to a decrease in corrosion resistance. In this paper, we mainly focus on the corrosion resistance of electroless nickel-phosphorus alloy coating in typical corrosive media and the reason and theoretical basis of corrosion resistance reduction after heat treatment at 300 ℃.
