为了研究X65/INCONEL625与F65/INCONEL625复合管焊接接头在特殊油气田气体组分中的耐腐蚀性能,参照ASTM G48、G39、ASTM 71和DNV-OS-F101标准对焊接接头进行了点蚀、CO2应力腐蚀试验、高温高压CO2腐蚀、电偶腐蚀性能测试,通过宏观及显微镜观察、扫描电镜分析,检测了腐蚀试件形貌。结果表明,CO2应力腐蚀和常规点蚀后母材和焊缝没有发现裂纹和蚀坑,腐蚀率也达标;高温高压CO2腐蚀类型为均匀腐蚀,腐蚀程度为轻度腐蚀,腐蚀速率很低;在3.5%NaCl溶液环境中,电偶腐蚀试验表明,焊缝耐蚀性与母材相当,具良好的耐腐蚀性。
In order to study the corrosion resistance of X65 / INCONEL625 and F65 / INCONEL625 composite pipe welded joints in the gas components of special oil and gas fields, the welded joints were pitted according to ASTM G48, G39, ASTM 71 and DNV-OS-F101 standards. Corrosion test, CO2 corrosion at high temperature and high pressure, and galvanic corrosion test. The morphology of the corrosion specimen was examined by macro and microscopic observation and scanning electron microscopy. The results show that there are no cracks and pits in the base metal and weld after CO2 stress corrosion and conventional pitting corrosion, and the corrosion rate is also reached. The CO2 corrosion type under high temperature and high pressure is uniform corrosion, the corrosion degree is mild corrosion and the corrosion rate is very low. In 3.5 % NaCl solution environment, galvanic corrosion test showed that the weld corrosion resistance and the base metal equivalent, with good corrosion resistance.
