以P91、25钢为材料挤压生产大口径厚壁钢管,记录了在相同的玻璃润滑剂、不同的空冷时间条件下的突破挤压力大小。针对影响突破挤压力大小的两个因素:温度、摩擦系数展开研究。基于DEFORM-2D平台进行模拟分析,根据不同的边界条件下突破挤压力的变化并与实际值对比,得出了大型钢坯的温度下降规律T=0.29t~2+(4.3-0.016T_0)t+T_0及其对突破挤压力的影响,并获得采用玻璃润滑剂时的库仑摩擦系数约为0.05,研究结果可供实际生产参考。
