为了解我国河南地区正常人骨密度的数据,作者应用美国HOLOGIC生产的双能X线4500W型骨密度仪,对417例正常人进行了全身和腰椎正、侧位(包括侧位区域值)检测,现就四肢和骨盆骨密度的测试结果加以分析。结果显示男性和女性均在30~39岁达峰值,峰值后随年龄增长骨密度均逐渐降低,但女性下降幅度明显高于男性;不管任何年龄段女性骨密度均小于男性;左上肢骨密度小于右上肢;而双下肢骨密度无显著差异。本组检测为该地区骨质松症的群体防治提供了有益的参考数据。
In order to understand the data of bone mineral density of normal people in Henan Province of China, the author applied dual-energy X-ray 4500W bone density meter produced by HOLOGIC in the United States to detect positive and lateral (including lateral and lateral) values of the whole body and lumbar vertebrae in 417 normal people, Now on the limbs and pelvis bone density test results were analyzed. The results showed that both males and females peaked at 30-39 years of age, with the increase of age after peak BMD were gradually decreased, but the decline was significantly higher in females than women; regardless of age at all female BMD were less than the male; left upper limb bone mineral density was less than Right upper extremity; while there is no significant difference in BMD of both lower extremities. This group of tests for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis in the population provided useful reference data.
